Theme: Winter Solstice

Targeted Academics: SEL, Mathematics, Science, and ELA

This month we will depend our journey inward, learning about our shadow-selves and recognizing that all of our parts are valuable. Discussions will build self-worth, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. We will learn about why we have emotions and how to recognize their messages. Time and Astronomy will be taught to understand the winter solstice.
